The Peoples' Republic of China One
of the most popular elements of the Study Abroad

Republic of China. The first two years of the

two years, the trip involved an overnight stay.
This year, a more leisurely, three-day, two-night
trip is planned. The tentative itinerary is as
follows:

The trip
will cost approximately US$350. That
price covers bus transportation
throughout the trip, a group visa to
enter China, one or more English-speaking
guides, two nights double-occupancy at a
five-star hotel (the White
Swan Hotel, more for a single room),
some large meals (one breakfast, three
lunches, one dinner), admission to all
sights, and train transportation back to
Hong Kong. The trip is optional, but
students in the past have found it to be
a memorable experience and well worth the
price. (Photo
