: i've read over all the last few days of ideas and i am LOST...all the ideas sound good to me (by the way Pat, I have no problem using an middle or high school focus...I've taught both). I think a collaborative model for Catricia (not sure about her last name!!) and her staff would be best. So what did Catricia do in her first year to open a few minds to get people on board in the second year? It sounds like she is going to terrorize them into change (What would Michael Fullan say!!!). Yes, we can have the staff on the edge of chaos, but i don't want to push them over the cliff. So...perhaps a "surprise" is too much...and perhaps we need her "plans" to be more of a collaborated effort????
