in addition to his research and teaching, he spent almost a decade as the science director for this amazing nonprofit. he also (rarely) writes in 140 characters or less at Twitter, and occasionally updates his Blog/Website.

A native of san diego, drew spent a few years in Davis and San Francisco, California, but is happy to be back home in southern california, doing research in baja california, and enjoying his incredible family, phenomenal job, great friends and colleagues.
