UC Davis Med 2000 Continued race based admissions

California doesn't train its own doctors. There are fewer places in California medical schools now than there were 30 years ago despite the population increasing by 12,000,000 people. Recently California licensed 3,684 new physicians in a single year, yet there were only 988 California medical school graduates.
