UC Irvine Medical School 1999

UC irvine has reverted to a race based admissions policy.

Is it possible that inspite of a 1% decrease in Black/Hispanic applicants that the offers of acceptance can increase by 250%? Moreover, of applicants having premed GPAs below 3.55 and average MCAT scores less than or equal to 10, Black/Hispanics were 8 times as likely to be accepted as Asian/Whites. To see the impact of this years racial preferences compare these results to a year without race based admissions UC Irvine in 1997.
