Author: Edmund of Abingdon (d. 1240)Oxford c. 1214-1222
Dating: Edmund studied arts at Paris and later taught arts there c. 1195-1201. He taught theology at Oxford c. 1214 -1222. He was treasurer of Salisbury Cathedral and elected Archbishop of Canterbury in 1233. He died in 1240.
