Author: Gilbert de Oves (van Eyen) Flamingus, O.P.

Dating: A friar from the Dominican house at Ghent, Gilbert taught in Paris as master before 1269 and in Cologne in 1269. He took part in the General Chapter meeting in Paris in 1269.
