Author: Peter le Bar
Dating: The "Petrus Bar" mentioned as the master who argued questiones at Paris c. 1227-31 may possibly be the Petrus de Barro raised to the cardinalate by Innocent IV. The cardinal attended the Council of Lyon, was legate to Spain and died in 1252.
