Author: Peter of Corbeil (d. 1222)Paris, c. 1189-1199

Dating: Peter was a canon in Paris and master of theology c. 1189. Innocent III was his student. In 1199, he was raised to the see of Cambria and became Archbishop of Sens in 1200.
