| July 15, 2009 | Registration: Application and $500 fee per team must be received. Registration will be first come, first served with the first 40 teams being registered to compete. |
| August 14, 2009 | Registration Ends (Last day to withdraw): |
| August 28, 2009 | Problem release date |
| October 7, 2009 | Briefs due |
| November 5, 2009 | Preliminary rounds begin. |
| November 7, 2009 | Tournament completion. |
