The Torts Tournament was a great success.  Congratulations to the award recipients.

The National Criminal Procedure Tournament ended on October 16th with four terrific advocates arguing at the Institute for Peace and Justice.  Congratulations to the award recipients.

2008 MCLENNON HONORS COMPETITION RESULTS

On June 12, 2008, the United States Supreme Court, in a 5-4 decision, held that the detainees had a right to habeas and that the CSRTs were inadequate and ineffective.
