2008 MCLENNON HONORS COMPETITION RESULTS
Congratulations to the finalists
and award winners!
On June
12, 2008, the United States Supreme Court, in a 5-4 decision, held
that the detainees had a right to habeas and that the CSRTs were
inadequate and ineffective.
