Involved and collaborated with a research team for designing the Web-based course.

 

                        Taught the Web-based course at the graduate level for distance learning.

 

Responsibilities involved managing the online class, conducting and guiding online discussion, demonstrating online tutorial session, designing & updating the course material using Web-authoring program, advising, motivating, evaluating students.

Developed content & material on a subject about the Konza Prairie.

 

Designed an interactive multimedia production on Konza Research Area Visitor Center: an educational support project for the new Education Center at the Konza Prairie: a set of activities known as Konza for Kids.

Assisted in teaching rural elementary/ secondary science teachers to create multimedia documents. Provided technical support in training the science teachers for their science multimedia projects. Responsibilities involved traveling, communicating, and managing various format of technology-hardware & software.

 

Conducted workshops on teaching multimedia program to (3rd- 8th grade) students for the science project.

 

Assisted in researching and collecting qualitative data: videotaping, observing, interviewing, and analyzing data.

 

Coordinator: provided technical support and arranged a schedule & equipment in preparing the teachers for a presentation at a conference (KATS camp).
