| This years client was an elderly
man whose circumstances prevented him from making necessary changes
or improvements to his home. |

Prior to his retirement due to failing eyesight, he and his wife managed to raise seven children and provide them with a good home. He is now widowed and because of his eyesight and health problems, he is unable to live alone.
