Vertical dashed lines between solid triangles indicate conserved splice sites. Diagonal dashed lines indicate probable conserved sites that are shifted by 2-3 amino acids relative to the other splice site. Open triangles indicate non-conserved splice sites. No alternative splicing is indicated; the most readily "alignable" version of each gene was used in cases with multiple splice variants. Only splices found within coding sequence are indicated. Note that splice sites for ZK1290.2 and B0432.5 are those predicted from GSC genomic sequence (as found in GenBank); there are no available cDNA sequences.
