xyz2spar.pl

Converts an XYZ coordinate file into a Spartan-readable .spinput file.

If your XYZ file is myfile.xyz, type

xyz2spar.pl  myfile.xyz  myspartanfile

and a new file myspartanfile.spinput will be created that can be read by Spartan.

This is often used when you want to make a modification of your Jaguar file using Spartan. More details found here.
