MCC - Collaborations

The consortium has available, and is developing, biological reagents to share with the community interested in Malate Dehydrogenase related research projects. The list of available reagents is publically accessible through the MCC web page.

In addition to biologics, MCC has a number of bioinformatics analysis data sets and mutations that have been generated that are important to ongoing, unpublished research projects. These are available to MCC members through the faculty electronic notebook and are password protected.

Members of the MCC bring different expertise in terms of experimental approaches and access to instrumentation that they and their students use in projects. One of the goals of the he MCC  is to foster research collaborations between institutions and classes to further the range of experimental approaches and data that students in CURE courses see and can use in their CURE projects.
Below is a brief description of each member’s specialized area of expertise and interests. Contact appropriate MCC members for additional details.
