AC circuits are those electrical circuits in which the
direction of current flow reverses periodically.
However, inductors capacitors, and resistors all respond differently, more
or less slowly, to
voltage changes, and so phase delays arise. The current is no longer in
phase with the voltage. There are several interesting consequences of
this which
we shall explore in this laboratory.
