 PEPCK Paper Assignment/Activity

Required   Pre-Class Assignment (bring filled out assignment to class: 5 points)

Required - Group Self-Assessment (turn in for each team member. Hard copies will be given in class: 5 points) 

 

  PEPCK Activity. Read your group's assigned paper prior to class and fill out the required pre-classassignment. Each group will work together for the first 20-30 min of class to prepare a flash presentation of their paper. The main purpose and the hypothesis. Each group will then present  1-3 slides of data followed by a conclusion with a WDIC moment (Why Do I Care). No more than ten min per presentation. 40 points.

Signal Transduction Paper Assignment:

As a group

1) Write an overview paragraph on the review.  Include examples supporting any statements.

2) Each review has majors sections/topics/headings - for each section, identify the key point of the section (aka what is described in the header) and describe the information that supports the statement.
No minimum lenght or maximum lenght - write to understand and communicate this to your professor!

3) Students will work in groups on the paper/review of interest and present a ten min overview of their paper and submit a group assignment
